Die cut on an hardened stele plate with exclusive movement of the cutting table after the cut, parallel to the lace feeding direction, offers a high productivity as the positioning of the new lace to cut is done at the same time of the unloading of the cut laces, without any idle time
The cutting die consists of a metallic sheet with a folded blade glued on and it can be easily made with special devices supplied with the machine including a folding and cutting blade toolkit and a magnetic plate to keep in position the blades during the drying of the glue.
The machine is equipped with a PLC system and operator interface panel for data entering, message and alarms.
