Automatic pneumatic roll slitting machine for rolls up to 60 kg with max diameter 25 cm, max displacement of the blade carriage from the chuck of 183 cm and possibility to load rolls with max length 210 cm.

The machine can process any kind of materials in rolls (bias or warp and weft fabric, synthetics, PVC, adhesive materials, satin, polyester, non woven fabrics, paper rolls, materials for converting, PAPER WITH TOOTHED BLADE etc).

Blade diameter 40 cm with fixed speed (adjustable speed on request). Blade diam 45 cm with max diam. Roll 30 cm available on requests. Accuracy of positioning ±0.2 mm
Automatic cut with pneumatic positioning of the blade carriage with a wormscrew and possibility of presetting the cutting width and the number of cuts.

Fixed roll rotation speed with inverter (Adjustable speed on requests with inverter)
Automatic sharpening of the circular knife (both sides) with adjustable sharpening time after each cut.
Self centering pneumatic chuck with grippers to lock the roll on the cardboard and on the external diameter with automatic opening when the machine door is opened
Blade penetration speed in the roll and force adjustable on continuous rate. On requests quick blade movement towards the roll with slow down of the speed at the preset cutting speed when a photocell detects the roll diameter (device T300/QUICK).
Totally closed machine. Highly safe for the operator.
Machine controlled by PLC and equipped with operator panel for message display and data entry.
