Molding machine for bra cups in fabric. Two molds and rotary table

Significantly higher molding quality than conventional systems.

The molding time is much shorter, and energy savings can be as high as 80% compared with conventional systems.

Rotary table with one loading/unloading area and one molding area on the opposite side. The operator positions the material on the loading/unloading area while the machine is molding the pieces on the opposite area.

The mold rise movement is numerically controlled by brushless motor and worm screw. The molding height and the asent speed can be set on a on touch screen panel

The molding cycle consists of the descent from the top of a heated bell on the fabric then the mold underneath move upwards

This exclusive system reduces the molding time even to 20 - 25 sec and even less.

The total cycle time is about the same of the molding time as the machine does not wait for the positioning of the pieces.

Machine can normally mold pre-cut pieces which can be stitched directly on the garment after molding (no additional trimming operations)

All the molding parameters are programmable from an operator panel with industrial PC functions

Possibility to upload data base, prepared by a supervisor on the machine, to have all the molding parameters available divided by item, fabric, color, size.

Time to change both molds is 3 min. No need to do any electrical connection.

If the replaced molds have been preheated, the machine is ready to operate

All setting of temperature and times are adjustable with digital timers and thermoregulators.

Machine equipped with PLC and operator terminal to set machine datas and display alarm messages.
