Unwinding device for rolls up to diam. 60 cm x 200 cm max weight kg. 200 with a rewinding section of the cut ribbons on two pneumatic expanding shafts with magnetic powder clutch control on each shaft. Available on request for rolls max width 285 cm and max weight 600 kg

Pneumatic brake to adjust the unwinding tension and electromagnetic clutch to adjust the rewinding tension of the cut ribbons with commands on the touch screen panel.

Closed loop controlled brushless motor for the winding motion of the unit with automatic zero speed detection of the winding motor speed.

Each rewinding shaft consist of a pneumatic expanding bar for a fast lock of the cardboard core with possibility to remove it completely from the machine for easier loading/unloading operations.

Safety laser scanner to detect the presence of the operator nearby the unit to ensure the safety of the staff and the efficiency of the production process at the same time.

PLC controlled UP/DOWN movement of the cold cut blades.
