Pressing machine with heated rollers specifically designed to press, thermocouple and rewind all types of waistbands.

Pressing width 20 cm (8").

Adjustable pressing speed up to 50 mt/min.

Max pressing temperature 150 °C

Machine consists of four rollers one upon the other with one or two central rollers heated with electric resistances.

Winding arm equipped with high sensibility clutch to get rolls up to diam. 50 cm

even in case of variation of thickness in the waistband due to sewing or to the insertion of a ribbons with the brand.

Pneumatically adjustable of the pressing pressure independent on the two sides of the rollers with manometer to display the actual pressure on each side.

Digital PID thermoregulator for temperature control of each roller.

Possibility to set two different temperatures (single temperature control) on each roller

Programmable digital meter counter with automatic stop at the preset measure without data loss in case of power off.
